The joint supervisory board of the Interreg IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Romania-Serbia 2014-2020 approved the Guide for Applicants and the relevant documentation for the first call for project proposals and strategic projects.
The call for submitting project proposals will be open on 15 September 2015, with EUR 50 million of EU funds available, with 22 million intended for strategic projects. The envisaged deadline for submitting project proposals is 15 January 2016 (for strategic project proposals, 15 March 2016).
Potential beneficiaries, as well as all those interested in Romanian-Serbian cross-border cooperation within the Interreg IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Programme Romania-Serbia can find more information on the programme at the programme website www.romania-serbia.net under the 2014-2020 section.
The programme continues financing cross-border cooperation in the Romanian-Serbian border area through the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II) of the European Union.
Forums for finding potential project partners will be organized from 26 August 2015. Dates and locations of holding the forums will be published at: www.evropa.gov.rs, www.seio.gov.rs and www.romania-serbia.net.
